Bienvenidos/Welcome

The one that knows two languages has the value of two”

Short Cuts:

Introduction/Introducción

My name is Roxana Jiménez. I have been working with Soquel High School Students since 1995-1996. To see the amazing language progress and accomplishments students show through the years has been very rewarding. My favorite experiences have been running into my past students around town and hear them talk about their traveling experiences in Spanish speaking nations or when I find out that they are becoming Spanish teachers themselves.

My mission as a Spanish teacher is to infuse all students with enthusiasm and passion for the Spanish language and its fascinating cultures. Once students discover the benefits and importance of acquiring Spanish, they will carry it beyond the classroom walls into their present and future lives.
