Knight Notes 1/25/10 Print E-mail

NEW SCHEDULES
The first day of the new semester, Tuesday, Jan. 26, is an A day. When students return on
Tuesday, go to your first semester A2 class (even if you think you will not be continuing
with that class in the second semester) to pick up your new schedule. First period classes
will meet as usual.

OLD TARDIES STILL COUNT
Vice Principal Ron Mehuron reminds students and parents that the Soquel High attendance
policy states that the number of unexcused tardies and unexcused absences does not revert
back to “zero” at the start of the new second semester. Totals will continue to accrue from
their current status through the end of the current school year.

  • an understanding of the behaviors we invite with our parenting styles and discipline methods
  • options for better communication and ways to deal with strong feelings in compassionate ways
  • ways to foster a sense of belonging and significance
  • skills and tools for problem solving, looking for solutions, improving children’s sense of capability
